Once you’ve contacted us via contact us or by phone 888-82-BUKKS you will create an account to login and download forms that are required for registration. At that time you can gain access to consent forms, book trips, and get customized rates. Once you book and are confirmed along with payment you child can begin to ride.
How does this service work?
Will my child be released to anyone?
Our drivers will only release a child to the pre-authorized person, or parent/ guardian listed on contract. If special instructions are needed please advise at the time of booking.
Will I still be charged if I cancel?
ALL Cancellations require a 24 hour notice. If cancellation isn’t made and confirmed by BUKKS staff by end of business the prior day a nonrefundable $10 cancellation fee will be assessed. If child misses a day or doesn’t get their ride at scheduled pick-up regular fees will still be charged.
Do you offer same day service?
We require a 2 hour notice in order to have same day pickups. You must be confirmed by dispatch to ensure your child is on the schedule. There is also a $5 same day service fee that applies.
Are all passengers registered?
Yes, all passengers must go through the registration process. All terms and conditions must be read, accepted and rides must be scheduled.
Do all vans have real time GPS trackers?
Our vans are equipped with real time GPS trackers, with automatic replay. Our vans can be tracked at all times and they are monitored during all pickups and drop offs. Our vans also have video surveillance as an extra safety precaution.
How late can I schedule a pickup?
Daily our last ride is scheduled at 7pm, however if you have customized service option hours may vary.
How old must my child be to ride?
We service children 4-15 years of age.
How will my child know who is picking them up?
Our vans are brightly identifiable as Bukkaroo (BUKKS) and our drivers wear bright Bukkaroo uniform shirts to identify them as Bukkaroo drivers.
Do you accept cash?
No , all payments are paid online via debit/credit card. However drivers can receive tips if you feel as though your driver deserves one.
We currently don’t do commuting services at the airport.
Can siblings be picked up from different locations?
Yes, we will pick siblings up from different locations for drop off at the same location.
